WHAT IS THE HOMESTEAD?

The BCB Homestead

What is the Homestead?

The first program in sales that deeds you the book of business you build. Not a bonus. Not a promise. An asset with your name on it.

THE ONE-PAGER

Blue Collar Bureau  |  Franbassador

Homestead.

The fusion of sales experts to business ownership.

In traditional software sales, reps close a deal, hand it off, and never see another dollar from the relationship. Franbassador AEs are full-lifecycle partners who own the relationship, manage renewals, and retain the client. Homestead converts the recurring commission stream you build into a deeded contract right: yours to keep, sell, or pass on. There is no buy-in and no fees — it is earned entirely through performance. You sell, we supply the leadership, systems, training, and target accounts, and the book you build becomes yours.

1

How Homestead Works

Prove up. Hit the bar on active accounts, tenure, trailing 12-month retention, and clean conduct — your claim triggers automatically. No committee, no discretion.

Title Day. Your commission rate locks, your book receives a formal valuation, and every account you close afterward joins your deeded book.

Keep it, sell it, or pass it on. Sell to a qualified peer (company approval, right of first refusal, seller financing available) or name a beneficiary. Directors and VPs vest into their overrides as the AEs beneath them prove up.

What counts. Commissionable revenue means recurring subscription payments only, from month four of each account. Setup fees, pass-throughs, and separately invoiced services are house revenue.

What it is not. Not equity, not phantom stock, not a franchise. Clients always contract with and pay Franbassador. You own the economics of the book, not the company.

2

Vest Your Exit Portfolio

If the company undergoes a corporate acquisition or private-equity sale, your active monthly commission structure triggers a lump-sum cash payout based on your trailing twelve months (TTM) of earnings:

Tier

Requirements

Buyout (Trailing 12 Months)

Bronze

12–23 months tenure + 50+ active accounts

0.50x TTM

Silver

24–35 months tenure + 100+ active accounts

0.85x TTM

Gold

36+ months tenure + 150+ active accounts

1.25x TTM

Illustration150 active accounts averaging $400/mo in commissionable revenue at a 50% rate is $30,000/mo — $360,000 TTM. At Gold that is a $450,000 buyout (1.25x). With two FranDev boosters, the 1.50x cap lifts it to $540,000. Figures are illustrative only; actual multiples vary with transaction terms, book quality, and market conditions, and no payout is guaranteed.

3

Accelerate via Cross-Sale Opportunities

Franchise Development (live now): refer a client ready to franchise and earn a flat cash referral fee; every new franchised sub-location joins your active account count; a closed FranDev contract adds +0.15x on your first deal and +0.10x on your second, capped at 1.50x.

HRdhat HR (on the horizon): BCB's HR, payroll, benefits, and workers' comp vertical. Placed clients add recurring revenue to your TTM.

BILT Games (coming years): BCB's cross-trade competition event. Every competing company, sponsor, and spectator is a Franbassador prospect.

4

Private Liquidity

Want to transition out before a company-wide exit? At Gold you hold the contractual right to sell your book to a qualified peer:

Peer-to-peer cash out: fixed valuation of 1.0x–1.25x TTM earnings, subject to company approval and right of first refusal.

Self-financing transition: funded through a 50/50 monthly commission split with the buyer for up to 24 months. You get a guaranteed payout, the buyer grows a book, and clients get a smooth handoff.

5

Directors and VPs

Leadership vests the same way. A Director's override attaches to accounts, not people, and locks book by book as each AE beneath them proves up. VPs vest into a regional override on the same terms, with the same sell, transfer, and beneficiary rights.

6

Standards That Keep the Claim

Retention. Hold a strong trailing 12-month account retention rate. Homestead rewards books that stay.

Customer health. No unresolved client escalations older than 30 days at the time of claim.

Conduct. Zero active strikes. Strikes age off after 24 months, so a clean run always gets you back to eligible.

7

Guardrails and Payout Timeline

Standard 50/50 waterfall. All Homestead buyouts pay 50% as a lump sum on closing day and 50% at 12 months post-closing, contingent on staying active to transition accounts to the buyer.

No guarantee. Multiples and valuations shown are targets, not promises. Final terms are set by the executed Homestead Agreement.

Active employment only. Your Homestead asset compounds daily but exists only during active, full-time engagement. Voluntary resignation outside an approved peer-to-peer transfer drops portfolio valuation to zero.

The Bottom LineHomestead shifts your horizon from a monthly paycheck to true wealth creation. You are not just an employee — you are building an asset you own, that compounds, that you can sell, and that you can pass on.

Top Talent Sales Experts

Stop renting your career.Own it.

Everywhere else, the client base you build stays behind the day you leave.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Every sales job I've had rented my career to me. I built the book. I built the relationships. And the day I walked out, all of it stayed behind. The BCB Homestead is the first thing I've seen that changes that. Work it. Prove it. Own it. The book I build eventually becomes an asset I own — with a real payout when I'm ready to step back. #sales #careers #ownership #bluecollar

How it works

Work it. Prove it. Own it.

1

Work the territory and build a real book of business

2

Prove up against published, non-negotiable standards

3

Take the deed — your book becomes an asset you own

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Three words that don't exist in any other sales comp plan I've read: Work it. Prove it. Own it. No politics. No favorites. Published standards, and when you hit them, the book you built is deeded to you. #sales #compensation #ownership

Rent vs. Own

Same work. Very different ending.

Renting a seat

You build the book

Company keeps the book

You leave with a final check

Zero equity in what you built

The Homestead

You build the book

You prove up

The book is deeded to you

Real payout when you step back

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Two AEs. Same effort. Same numbers. One rents the seat. One owns the ground. Guess which one is still building at year five? #sales #careers #ownership

Unheard of

Name one other sales org that deeds you your book of business.

We couldn't either. So we built it.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Genuine question for my network: name one other sales organization that will deed you your own book of business. I've asked a lot of people. Nobody has an answer. That's exactly why the BCB Homestead got my attention. #sales #innovation #ownership

The AE bar

110

Active accounts to prove up

Plus 36 months of tenure and an 85% trailing renewal rate. Published, not negotiated.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

I love a number I can actually see. 110 active accounts. 36 months. 85% retention. That's the AE bar for the BCB Homestead. It's published. It doesn't move because someone likes you more than me. Hit it, and the book is yours. #sales #goals #accountability

What it's worth

2.5x

Trailing recurring commission

That's the multiple used to value a deeded AE book. Half at closing, the rest on retention.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Here's the part that made me sit up. A deeded AE book is valued at a multiple of trailing recurring commission — half paid at closing, the rest earned out on retention. That's not a bonus. That's an asset with a price on it. #sales #wealthbuilding #ownership

Asset, not a job

Most people retire from a job.You can retire from an asset.

The Homestead turns a commission stream into something you can hand off and get paid for.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Most sales careers end with a goodbye email. The BCB Homestead ends with a closing statement. That's the difference between having a job and building an asset. #sales #retirement #ownership

No politics

The standards are published. Nobody can move them on you.

Tenure, accounts, retention, conduct. Same bar for everyone.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The best thing about the BCB Homestead isn't the payout. It's that the standards are published. Tenure. Accounts. Retention. Conduct. Same bar for everyone, written down before you start. I'll take a hard number over a vague promise every single time. #sales #culture #transparency

Compounding

Your book doesn't reset every January.

1

Recurring accounts keep paying you month after month

2

New closes after Title Day join your deeded book

3

Renewals protect the value of what you own

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

In most sales jobs, January 1 wipes the board clean. On the Homestead track, the book compounds. Recurring accounts keep paying. New closes join the book. Renewals protect the value of what you own. That's a very different way to spend five years. #sales #recurringrevenue #ownership

Director track

600

Active downline accounts to prove up

6 producing AEs. 2 of them proved up themselves. Then the override is deeded too.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

It isn't just for AEs. Directors prove up on their team: producing AEs, downline accounts, and AEs who have proved up themselves. Then the override is deeded too. Leaders who build leaders get paid like owners. #salesleadership #management #ownership

Leadership economics

10%

Override on revenue collected below you

Build the team, own the override. That's the Director Homestead.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Sales leadership usually means trading your commission for a salary and a headache. Here it means an override on everything collected below you — and eventually owning that override. Build people. Own the outcome. #salesleadership #careers

Title Day

There's a day your name goes on the deed.

Everything you close after it joins the book you already own.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Title Day. That's what we call the day your name goes on the deed and the book becomes yours. Everything you close after it joins what you already own. I've never had a career with a Title Day before. #sales #milestones #ownership

The standard

85%

Trailing twelve-month renewal rate

You don't just have to sell it. You have to keep it. That's what makes the asset real.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The Homestead has a retention standard, and I think that's the smartest part of it. You don't just have to sell it. You have to keep it. That's what makes a book of business an actual asset instead of a number on a dashboard. #sales #customersuccess #retention

Who this is for

Builders. Not job hoppers.

Three years in, most reps are on their third logo. Homesteaders are on their third year of equity.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Three years into a sales career, most reps are on their third logo. Homesteaders are three years into building something they'll own. If you're a builder, we should talk. #sales #hiring #careers

Why it exists

We sell ownership to the trades. It would be strange not to offer it to our own people.

Blue Collar Bureau — turning trades into trademarks.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We spend all day helping trades owners build something they can own and sell. It would be pretty strange to hand our own people a seat they can never keep. That's the whole reason the Homestead exists. #bluecollar #franchising #ownership

The payout

Half at closing. Half earned.

At closing

50% of the buyout value

Paid as a lump sum

Yours on day one

Earn-out

Remaining 50%

Paid over 12 months

Tied to retention of the book

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

How a Homestead buyout actually pays: Half at closing as a lump sum. Half earned over the following year, tied to how well the book holds. Aligned all the way to the last day. #sales #ownership #compensation

Value tiers

Every year on the ground raises your multiplier.

1

Bronze — 12 months, 50 accounts

2

Silver — 24 months, 100 accounts

3

Gold — 36 months, 150 accounts

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The Homestead value math is tiered: Bronze, Silver, Gold. Every year you stay and every account you add lifts the multiplier on your eventual buyout. Time on the ground is worth money here. Literally. #sales #careergrowth #ownership

Boosters

+0.15

Multiplier for your first FranDev close

Help a client franchise their business and your own asset gets worth more.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

One of my favorite mechanics in the Homestead: Help a client franchise their business, and the multiplier on YOUR buyout goes up. Do great work for them, build wealth for yourself. Same action. #franchising #sales #ownership

The character clause

You can't buy your way past conduct.

Unresolved escalations and active strikes block a claim. The deed goes to people who earn it right.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The Homestead has a character clause, and I respect it. Unresolved escalations and active conduct strikes block a claim, no matter how big your book is. The deed goes to people who earned it the right way. #culture #integrity #sales

Not a lottery

Everyone can prove up.

There's no cap on how many people own a Homestead. Your win doesn't cost me mine.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

There's no quota on how many people can own a Homestead. Your win doesn't cost me mine. That single design choice changes how a sales floor behaves. Best culture I've been part of. #sales #teamwork #culture

Run the math

What a book is actually worth.

Typical exit

Final commission check

Maybe a small bonus

Book stays with the company

Homestead exit

Book valued at a multiple

Lump sum at closing

12-month retention earn-out

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Run the math on your own book of business. At a normal shop, it's worth one last commission check. On the Homestead track, it's valued at a multiple of your recurring commission and bought out. Same book. Very different number. #sales #wealthbuilding

Legacy

Build something you can hand to someone.

A deeded book is an asset with a value, a buyer, and a closing day.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The question that reframed my whole career: At the end of all this, what do I actually hand to someone? A deeded book of business has a value, a buyer and a closing day. That's a real answer. #legacy #sales #ownership

In writing

A deed, not a promise.

There's an actual agreement you sign. Terms published up front, before you ever prove up.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

"We take care of our people" is not a comp plan. The Homestead is an agreement you sign, with terms published before you ever prove up. Put it in writing or it isn't real. #sales #transparency #ownership

Why now

Get in while the ground is open.

1

Territories are still being claimed

2

Early books compound the longest

3

Tenure starts counting the day you start

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The uncomfortable truth about any ownership program: the earliest people do the best. Territories are still open. Tenure starts counting the day you start. Early books compound the longest. If the Homestead sounds interesting, now is the moment. #hiring #sales #opportunity

Now hiring Account Executives

Come build somethingyou get to keep.

Blue Collar Bureau — The BCB Homestead. Work it. Prove it. Own it.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We're hiring Account Executives at Blue Collar Bureau. The pitch is simple: come build a book of business you eventually own, with published standards and a real buyout at the end. Work it. Prove it. Own it. DM me if that sounds like your kind of career. #hiring #sales #careers #ownership

Who we are

We help trades businessesgrow and sell.

Blue Collar Bureau works with plumbers, roofers, electricians and landscapers. Our salespeople bring them in.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Quick intro for anyone new to my feed. Blue Collar Bureau helps trades businesses — plumbers, roofers, electricians, landscapers — grow and eventually sell for real money. I'm one of the people who brings those owners in. #bluecollar #trades #sales

In plain English

The clients I signbecome mine to keep.

That group of clients is called a book of business. Here, you can eventually own yours.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

In plain English: Every client I sign pays monthly. That group of clients is called a book of business. At most companies it belongs to the company. Here, I can eventually own mine. That program is called the Homestead. #sales #ownership

What is the Homestead?

A program that hands youthe clients you signed.

Hit the published standards and your client list is legally deeded to you.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

People keep asking what "the Homestead" is, so here it is in one line: It's a program that hands you the clients you signed. Hit the published standards and your client list is legally deeded to you. That's it. That's the whole idea. #sales #careers #ownership

Why it matters

Most salespeople leavewith nothing.

You spend years building a client list, then walk away from all of it. We changed that.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Most salespeople spend years building a client list and then walk away from every bit of it. One last check and it's over. We changed that. Here, the list can become yours. #sales #careers

Simple comparison

Renting vs. owninga house.

Most sales jobs are rent. Every payment gone. The Homestead is a mortgage that ends with a deed.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Think about renting versus owning a home. Rent: you pay for years and own nothing. Most sales jobs are rent. The Homestead is closer to a mortgage. You put in the work and at the end there's a deed with your name on it. #sales #ownership

How you get it

Work it. Prove it.Own it.

Sign clients. Hit the published numbers. Get the deed. No politics involved.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

How you earn a Homestead, in three steps: 1. Sign clients 2. Hit the published numbers 3. Get the deed No politics. No favorites. The numbers are written down before you start. #sales #accountability

The payday

When you're ready to stop,we buy it from you.

Your client list gets valued and purchased. Half at closing, half over the next year.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Here's the part that surprises people. When you're ready to step back, the company buys your client list from you. Half at closing. Half over the next year. A sales career with an actual exit. #sales #wealthbuilding

Never heard of us?

We turn tradesinto trademarks.

Blue Collar Bureau helps blue collar owners build brands worth buying. We're hiring salespeople.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

If you've never heard of us: Blue Collar Bureau helps blue collar business owners turn what they built into a brand worth buying. We're hiring salespeople to do that work — and they can end up owning their own client list. #hiring #bluecollar #sales

How you get paid

Every client pays youevery month.

Not one commission and goodbye. The same clients keep paying you for as long as they stay.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

How the pay actually works here: Every client I sign pays me every month they stay. Not one commission and goodbye. It stacks. And eventually that stack becomes mine to own. #sales #recurringrevenue

No fine print

The rules are publishedbefore you start.

How many clients. How long. How well you keep them. Same bar for everyone, in writing.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Every "we take care of our people" promise I've heard came with no numbers. This one is published: how many clients, how long, how well you keep them. Same bar for everybody. In writing. #sales #transparency

Not a contest

Everyone can win this.

There's no limit on how many people own a Homestead. My win doesn't cost you yours.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

There's no limit on how many people can earn a Homestead. My win doesn't cost you yours. You'd be amazed how much that changes the way a sales team treats each other. #culture #teamwork #sales

Time pays here

Staying is worth money.

The longer you're here and the more clients you hold, the bigger your eventual payout.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

In most sales jobs, year three pays the same as year one. Here, staying is worth money. The longer you're on the ground and the more clients you hold, the bigger the eventual payout. Finally a reason to build instead of jump. #careers #sales

One catch

You have to keepyour clients happy.

There's a renewal standard. Selling it isn't enough. Keeping it is what makes it worth something.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

There is one catch, and I like it. You don't just have to sell clients. You have to keep them. There's a renewal standard you have to hold. That's what makes a client list actually worth buying. #customersuccess #sales

For leaders too

Build a team,own the team's income.

Directors earn on everything their team sells, and can eventually own that income stream too.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

It isn't only for salespeople. Directors here earn on everything their team sells — and can eventually own that income stream the same way. Leaders who actually build people get paid like owners. #leadership #sales

How you behave counts

Big numbers won'tcover bad conduct.

Unresolved complaints or active strikes block your claim, no matter how good your sales are.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

You can't buy your way past conduct here. Unresolved complaints or active strikes block your claim, no matter how good your numbers look. The deed goes to people who earned it the right way. #integrity #culture

Why we built it

We sell ownership. So we offer it.

We spend all day helping owners build something they keep. It'd be strange not to do that for our own people.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We spend every day helping business owners build something they can keep and sell. It would be pretty strange to hand our own people a job they can never keep. That's why the Homestead exists. #bluecollar #ownership

Who does well here

People who likebuilding something.

If you want a quick hit and a new logo next year, this isn't it. If you want to own something, it is.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Who does well here? Not people looking for a quick hit and a new logo next year. People who want to build something they own. If that's you, my DMs are open. #hiring #sales #careers

It starts day one

Your clock startsthe day you start.

Every month here and every client you add counts toward the day the list becomes yours.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Something I wish I'd understood sooner: The clock starts the day you start. Every month and every client counts toward the day the list becomes yours. The earliest people always do the best in a program like this. #sales #opportunity

The real reason

Something to handto someone.

A client list you own has a value, a buyer and a closing day. A job has none of those.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The question that changed how I think about work: At the end of all this, what do I actually hand to someone? A job has no value, no buyer and no closing day. A client list you own has all three. #legacy #sales

We're hiring

Come build somethingyou get to keep.

Blue Collar Bureau is hiring salespeople. Work it. Prove it. Own it.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We're hiring salespeople at Blue Collar Bureau. The offer is simple: sign clients in the trades, get paid every month they stay, and eventually own that client list outright. Work it. Prove it. Own it. DM me if that sounds like your kind of career. #hiring #sales #ownership

For closers only

Everybody says they're good.Prove it.

Published numbers. No politics. Hit them and you own the book you built.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Every salesperson says they're good. We put the numbers on the wall and let you prove it. Hit them and the book of business you built gets deeded to you. No politics. No favorites. Just proof. #sales #hiring #ownership

What you get

You don't show up empty handed.

1

A full software stack, CRM and marketing tools included

2

Weekly coaching from a Director who actually sells

3

A university of training, scripts and certifications

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

What you actually get as an Account Executive here: A full software stack. Weekly coaching from a Director who still sells. A training university with scripts and certifications. And a book of business you can eventually own. You don't show up empty handed. #sales #hiring #careers

Not for everyone

If you need a boss tochase you, skip this.

We hand you the tools, the training and the territory. What you do with it is on you.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

This isn't for everyone. We hand you the tools, the training and the territory. Nobody is going to chase you. If that sounds like freedom instead of pressure, we should talk. #sales #hiring #accountability

What you sell

Products owners actually want.

1

Growth and marketing software for trades businesses

2

Branded trucks, wraps, booths and brand kits

3

Franchise development for owners ready to scale

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The easiest part of this job is the product. Growth software. Branded trucks, wraps and booths. Franchise development for owners ready to scale. Real things that make a trades business worth more. Selling gets simple when the product is that good. #sales #trades #franchising

Coaching, not managing

Your Director's job isto make you money.

Weekly one-on-ones, live call reviews, and a leader paid on your success, not on your reports.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The difference between a manager and a coach: A manager asks for your numbers. A coach helps you hit them. My Director does weekly one-on-ones and live call reviews, and gets paid when I win. That's the model here. #salesleadership #coaching #sales

Get sharper here

You'll be better in a yearthan you are today.

Full training university, certifications, objection labs and a knowledge base built for this exact sale.

The end game

Work it. Prove it.Own it.

The clients you sign eventually get deeded to you, then bought out. That's the Homestead.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Work it. Prove it. Own it. The clients I sign eventually get deeded to me. Then bought out when I'm ready to step back. That's the BCB Homestead, and I've never seen another sales org offer it. #sales #ownership #careers

Nothing out of pocket

The tools are on us.

CRM, email, calendar, proposal builder, lead lists and a personal recruiting page. All included.

Blue Collar Bureau

Something I never had at other sales jobs: the tools are included. CRM, email, calendar, proposal builder, live lead lists, even my own page for the people I recruit. Nothing out of pocket. No excuses either. #sales #tools #hiring

You're not cold forever

We hand you accountsworth calling.

Researched trades businesses, scored for readiness, with alerts when you're near one.

Blue Collar Bureau

"You'll build your own pipeline" usually means good luck. Here I get researched trades businesses, scored for how ready they are, with an alert on my phone when I'm near one. Still have to close them. But I'm not guessing. #sales #prospecting

A brand behind you

Show up looking likethe real thing.

Branded assets, swag, a national show and case studies owners recognize. You're not the underdog.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Half of selling is showing up looking legitimate. Branded assets, swag, a national show, case studies owners already recognize. I don't walk in as the underdog anymore. #sales #branding #trades

No ceiling

Nobody here capswhat you can earn.

Every client pays you monthly for as long as they stay. Your ceiling is your work ethic.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

There's no cap here. Every client pays me monthly for as long as they stay. Add more, earn more, forever. My ceiling is my own work ethic. That's the deal I always wanted. #sales #compensation

Keep score

You'll always knowexactly where you stand.

A live scorecard, leaderboard and goal plan. No mystery reviews, no surprises.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

I've had jobs where I found out how I was doing at review time. Not here. Live scorecard, leaderboard, and a goal plan I built myself. Competitive people need a scoreboard. We have one. #sales #performance

The room matters

Be the least experiencedperson in the room.

Daily huddles, shared playbooks and people who want you to win because your win costs them nothing.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Best career advice I ever got: be in a room full of people better than you. Daily huddles, shared playbooks, and nobody hiding what works — because my win doesn't cost them theirs. That's rare on a sales floor. #culture #sales #teamwork

There's a next rung

Great closers get tobuild a team.

Prove yourself and run your own group of AEs, earning on everything they sell.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The best salespeople usually get stuck being the best salesperson. Here you can prove yourself and go build your own team, earning on everything they sell — and eventually owning that too. There's a next rung. #salesleadership #careers

Work that matters

You're buildingsomebody's legacy.

Every deal helps a trades owner turn their business into something worth buying.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The part I didn't expect to care about: Every deal I close helps a plumber, roofer or electrician turn what they built into something worth buying. That's someone's legacy. I'd rather sell that than software nobody needs. #bluecollar #purpose #sales

No excuses left

Tools. Training. Coaching.Territory. Go.

We removed every excuse. All that's left is whether you'll do the work.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We hand you the tools, the training, the coaching and the territory. Every excuse is gone. All that's left is whether you do the work. Some people love hearing that. Those are the ones we hire. #hiring #sales #accountability

Five years from now

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We're hiring Account Executives at Blue Collar Bureau. Tools, coaching, training and products you'll be proud to sell — all included. And the book of business you build eventually becomes yours to own. Work it. Prove it. Own it. DM me. #hiring #sales #ownership

One question

Talent gets you hired.Grit gets you the deed.

The Homestead isn't won in an interview. It's won over 36 months of showing up.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Talent gets you the job. Grit gets you the deed. The Homestead takes 36 months of tenure, 110 accounts and an 85% renewal rate. Nobody talks their way into that. You show up for it, every day, for years. #grit #sales #ownership

The real test

What do you do whennobody's watching?

No boss over your shoulder here. The book you build is the only report card.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

There's no boss over your shoulder here. No one checks if you made your calls. The book of business you build is the only report card — and eventually, it's the asset you own. Self-starters love that. Everyone else finds out fast. #discipline #sales #accountability

The math of grit

Can you eat a hundred no'sto earn one yes?

Every account in your deeded book was earned through doors that didn't open the first time.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Here's the honest math of this job. You will hear no. A lot. Every account in a 110-account book was earned through doors that didn't open the first time. If a hundred no's breaks you, this isn't your place. If it fuels you, DM me. #resilience #sales #hiring

The long game

Three years is the price.Ownership is the prize.

Most people quit at month eight. The deed goes to the ones who don't.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

36 months of tenure. That's the bar. Most people quit a sales job around month eight — right before it compounds. The Homestead pays the people who stay through the boring middle. That's the whole design. #grit #longgame #sales

Earned, not given

Nobody hands you a deed. You earn every line of it.

Published standards. No shortcuts, no favorites, no exceptions.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

There is no shortcut to a Homestead. No favorites. No negotiated exceptions. The standards are published and the same for everyone. Which means when your name goes on the deed, everyone knows exactly how it got there. #earned #sales #ownership

Monday people

Some people dread Monday.Builders can't wait for it.

Every week here is another brick in a book you'll eventually own.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

You can tell a lot about someone by how they feel on Sunday night. When every week adds accounts to a book you'll eventually own, Monday stops being the enemy. We hire Monday people. #mindset #sales #hiring

Two kinds of reps

Same territory. Different rep.

Waits

Waits for leads to come in

Blames the market

Gone by month ten

Works

Knocks when it's cold out

Owns the outcome

Proves up and takes the deed

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Same territory. Same tools. Same training. One rep waits for the leads. One rep works the ground. Three years later only one of them is holding a deed. The territory was never the variable. #grit #sales #accountability

Keeping is harder

Anyone can close once.Grit keeps them for years.

The 85% renewal standard means you serve the account long after the commission check clears.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Closing is a sprint. Retention is grit. The Homestead requires an 85% trailing renewal rate — which means showing up for accounts long after the first commission cleared. That's the part that makes the book an asset. And the part most people won't do. #retention #sales #workethic

The grit test

Three questions before you apply.

1

Will you prospect on the days you don't feel like it?

2

Can you hear no for months and keep swinging?

3

Will you still be here in year three?

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Before you apply, ask yourself three questions: Will you prospect on the days you don't feel like it? Can you hear no for months and keep swinging? Will you still be here in year three? Three yes's? The Homestead was built for you. #hiring #sales #grit

No rescue coming

Nobody's comingto save your quarter.

The tools are yours. The coaching is yours. The work is yours too.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Hard truth about this job: Nobody is coming to save your quarter. Not your Director, not the leads, not the market. The tools are yours. The coaching is yours. The work is yours too. The deed at the end? Also yours. #ownership #sales #accountability

The unsexy truth

Ownership is built onboring, repeated work.

Calls made. Stops logged. Follow-ups kept. A deed is just consistency with a title on it.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Nobody posts about the boring parts. The calls made at 8am. The follow-ups kept. The stops logged in the rain. A deeded book of business is just consistency with a title on it. Do the boring work long enough and it becomes an asset. #consistency #sales #grit

All-weather reps

The trades work inevery kind of weather.

So do the people who sell to them. Fair-weather reps need not apply.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Our clients pour concrete in July and fix furnaces in January. They can smell a fair-weather salesperson a mile away. If you only work when conditions are perfect, the trades will eat you alive. If you work like they do, they'll trust you with their business. #bluecollar #sales #respect

Where they quit

Everyone quits somewhere.Pick your spot now.

Month two, first slump, year one plateau — or never. The deed only exists past 'never.'

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Everyone quits somewhere. Some at month two. Some at the first slump. Some at the year-one plateau. The Homestead sits on the other side of all of those. That's not an accident — it's the filter. #perseverance #sales #careers

Grit vs. motivation

Motivation fades. Grit compounds.

Motivation

Shows up when it's exciting

Needs a pep talk

Gone by February

Grit

Shows up regardless

Runs on standards

Holding a deed in year three

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Motivation is a feeling. Grit is a schedule. Motivation shows up when the job is exciting. Grit shows up Tuesday. The Homestead wasn't designed for motivated people. It was designed for gritty ones. #grit #discipline #sales

Proof of work

The deed is proofyou did the work.

110 accounts don't lie. 85% retention doesn't lie. Three years doesn't lie.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Resumes can be written. Interviews can be rehearsed. But 110 active accounts don't lie. An 85% renewal rate doesn't lie. Three years on the ground doesn't lie. A Homestead deed is proof of work. That's why it means something. #proof #sales #ownership

Hard but fair

We won't make it easy. We'll make it fair.

The bar is high and published. The tools, training and coaching are all included. The rest is you.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We're not going to tell you this is easy. We'll tell you it's fair. The bar is high and published. The tools, training and coaching are included. Nobody can move the goalposts on you. Hard and fair beats easy and rigged. Every time. #fairness #sales #hiring

What grit looks like

A Homesteader's ordinary Tuesday.

1

Prospecting done before most people's first coffee

2

Stops logged, follow-ups kept, no excuses filed

3

One more account added to a book they'll own

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

What grit actually looks like here: Prospecting done early. Stops logged. Follow-ups kept. No excuses filed. And at the end of an ordinary Tuesday — one more account in a book you'll eventually own. Stack enough Tuesdays and you get a deed. #workethic #sales #grit

The only edge

You can't out-talent grit.

The rep who makes ten more calls a day wins the deed. Every time.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

I've watched talented reps get lapped by average ones. Every single time, the difference was volume. Ten more calls. Five more stops. One more follow-up. You can't out-talent grit over three years. The Homestead proves it. #hardwork #sales #results

Why it's worth it

Hard work with no equityis just hard work.

Grit deserves a payoff bigger than a plaque. Here it's a deed and a buyout.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Grit without equity is just exhaustion. I've worked hard at jobs where the only reward was more work and a plaque. Here the grind has a destination: a deeded book, valued at a multiple, with a real buyout. Work that hard anyway? Might as well own the result. #equity #sales #ownership

Now hiring Account Executives

Got the grit? We've got the ground.

Tools, training and coaching included. The deed goes to the ones who do the work.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We're hiring Account Executives at Blue Collar Bureau. We bring the tools, the training, the coaching and the territory. You bring the grit. The deed goes to the ones who do the work. Work it. Prove it. Own it. DM me. #hiring #sales #grit #ownership

Pick one

Comfort now orequity later.

You don't get both. The Homestead pays the ones who chose later.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Every career comes down to one trade. Comfort now, or equity later. The Homestead was built for the people who chose later — three years of work in exchange for a book they actually own. You don't get both. Choose. #sales #equity #grit

Before the alarm

Owners don't hitthe snooze button.

When the book is yours, the morning belongs to you too.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Weird thing happens when the book you're building will actually be yours. The alarm stops being the enemy. Renters hit snooze. Owners get up. #mindset #ownership #sales

Good news

Nobody cares aboutyour excuses. Or mine.

The standards are published. The bar doesn't listen to reasons.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Best thing about published standards: The bar doesn't listen to excuses. Not yours, not mine, not the top rep's. 110 accounts. 85% retention. 36 months. It either happened or it didn't. I find that freeing. #accountability #sales #standards

Trade secret

Calluses are justproof of reps.

The trades respect hands that work. So does the Homestead.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

The trades have a word for people who show up every day and do the reps: professionals. Calluses are proof of work. So is a deeded book of business. We sell to people who respect the grind. Helps to live it. #bluecollar #workethic #sales

The hard part

You'll want to quitat least twice.

Everyone does. The deed goes to the people who wanted to and didn't.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Honest preview of this job: You will want to quit at least twice. Month three when the pipeline feels empty. Year one when the plateau hits. Everyone wants to. The Homestead goes to the ones who wanted to and didn't. #perseverance #sales #real

The uncomfortable truth

Average effort earnsaverage everything.

The deed isn't priced for average. That's exactly why it's worth something.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Average effort gets an average paycheck, an average review, and an average goodbye email. The Homestead isn't priced for average. That's the point. If the bar were easy, the deed would be worthless. #excellence #sales #grit

Rain or shine

The route doesn't careabout the weather.

Neither do the owners you're calling on. They're already at work.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

It's raining? The roofer you're calling on is already on a roof. It's cold? The HVAC owner has been up since five. The trades don't take weather days. The reps who win their trust don't either. #bluecollar #sales #respect

No hiding

The scoreboard doesn'tflatter anyone.

Live numbers, every day. Gritty people love that. Guess who doesn't.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Our scoreboard is live. Accounts, retention, pace — visible every day. Gritty people love a scoreboard that doesn't flatter them. It tells them exactly what to fix. Everyone else calls it pressure. #performance #sales #transparency

Build it yourself

Nobody's leaving youan inheritance. Build one.

A deeded book with a buyout is the inheritance you write yourself.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Most of us aren't inheriting anything. Fine. Build it. A deeded book of business — valued at a multiple, with a real buyout — is an inheritance you write yourself, one account at a time. #wealthbuilding #sales #ownership

Simple filter

Hard things filter outthe competition.

Every rep who quits at the hard part leaves more ground for you.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Here's the upside of a hard job: Every rep who quits at the hard part leaves more territory, more accounts and more deed for the ones who stay. The difficulty IS the moat. #grit #competition #sales

Day 400

Motivation leftmonths ago. Good.

What's left after motivation fades is the only thing the deed measures.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Motivation lasts about ninety days. The Homestead takes about a thousand. What carries you through the other 910 is habit, standards and stubbornness. That's what the deed actually measures. #discipline #sales #longgame

Hiring Account Executives

Don't ask if it's hard.Ask if it's worth it.

Yes and yes. Deeded book, published multiple, real buyout.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

People ask me if this job is hard. Wrong question. Everything worth owning is hard. The right question: is it worth it? A deeded book, a published multiple, and a buyout with my name on it says yes. #worthit #sales #ownership

Every evening

Did the work ormade an excuse.

Every day ends on one of two lists. The deed counts one of them.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Every workday ends on one of two lists: Did the work. Made an excuse. Three years from now, the deed only counts one of those lists. Choose your list daily. #accountability #sales #dailywork

No hacks

There's no hack for110 accounts.

No script, no AI, no trick replaces showing up. The tools help. The work is still yours.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

I'll save you the search: there is no hack for 110 active accounts. The tools help. The training helps. The coaching helps. But nothing replaces showing up. That's why the deed means something. #nohacks #sales #work

Two kinds of tired

Tired from building beatstired from spinning.

Both jobs exhaust you. Only one leaves you holding an asset.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Every job makes you tired. The question is what the tired buys you. Spinning your wheels for someone else's book? Or laying bricks in one that gets deeded to you? Same tired. Different ending. #perspective #sales #ownership

Nobody stops you

Nobody here willslow you down.

No cap, no waiting your turn, no seniority line. Outwork everyone and it's yours faster.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Some shops make you wait your turn. Here there's no cap, no seniority line, no waiting for a territory to open. Outwork everyone and prove up faster. The only speed limit is you. #ambition #sales #meritocracy

The compound effect

One more call a day is250 more a year.

Grit isn't dramatic. It's one extra rep, compounded for three years.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Grit isn't a war cry. It's arithmetic. One more call a day is 250 more a year. 750 more by the time you prove up. That's the difference between watching someone get a deed and getting one. #compounding #sales #consistency

Sleep well

The best pillow isa day fully worked.

Stops logged. Follow-ups kept. One more account in the book. Goodnight.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Old trades saying: the best pillow is a day fully worked. Stops logged. Follow-ups kept. One more account in a book that will carry my name. I sleep fine. #workethic #bluecollar #sales

Show, don't tell

Don't tell us you're hungry.Show us a year of Tuesdays.

Everyone's hungry in the interview. The deed measures what came after.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

Everyone is hungry in the interview. The Homestead doesn't measure the interview. It measures the year of ordinary Tuesdays that came after it. Show us those and the deed shows up on its own. #proof #sales #hiring

Now hiring Account Executives

If you've got the grit,we've got the deed.

Tools, training and coaching included. Bring the work. Keep the book.

Blue Collar Bureau

The Homestead

We're hiring Account Executives at Blue Collar Bureau. We supply the tools, the training, the coaching and the territory. You supply the grit. The book you build gets deeded to you. Work it. Prove it. Own it. DM me. #hiring #sales #grit #ownership
